l �-• SWI <br /> TEIXEIRA-SOUZA PROPERTY Page 15 <br /> WKA No. 5475.03 <br /> L <br /> June 2, 2003 <br /> State and County Databases <br /> �- Review of various state databases shown on Plate 5 using the ASTM search radii including but <br /> not limited to OEHHA's Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites List, the RWQCB Central <br /> L <br /> Valley Tank Tracking System database and the Cal-EPA Hazardous Waste Information System <br /> (HazNet) reveals no facilities, including leaky UST sites, located on or within one-half mile of <br /> the subject property that are known to have experienced unauthorized hazardous materials <br /> release(s). No known contaminated municipal ground water wells, or active or inactive landfills <br /> are listed on, adjacent to, or within one-half mile of the subject property. The CA UST List also <br /> L reveals that no county-registered UST or AST facilities are located on, adjacent to or within one- <br /> half mile of the subject property. <br /> L <br /> California Division of Oil and Gas <br /> During our review of DOG Map 606 and 608, we determined that the subject property is not <br /> located within a designated Natural Gas Field. No listed plugged and abandoned DOG wells <br /> Lwere located with one-half mile of the subject property. <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> Our historic land use research, which included reviews of topographic maps dating back to 1914, <br /> and historical aerial photography,reveals that the majority-area of the property has supported <br /> lands cultivated in dry-farmed crops, irrigated pastures and hay crop. <br /> Our field reconnaissance and review of agency records indicate no evidence of significant <br /> hazardous materials contamination on or adjacent to the subject property. We observed no <br /> evidence of bulk storage or production of hazardous materials during our windshield survey of <br /> the property surroundings. <br /> We identified no state or federal Superfund sites within a one-mile radius of the subject property. <br /> LWe identified no known agency-listed contaminated sites on or within one-half mile of the <br /> subject property. As such, we have encountered no off-site locations that might have affected the <br /> subject property in terms of potential hazardous materials contamination. We identified no <br /> L <br /> INK <br /> ` WALLACE-KUM <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC. <br />
