No known contaminated municipal ground water wells, or active or inactive landfills are listed on, adjacent to, or within one-half mile of the subject property. The CA UST List also L reveals that no county-registered UST or AST facilities are located on, adjacent to or within one- half mile of the subject property. L California Division of Oil and Gas During our review of DOG Map 606 and 608, we determined that the subject property is not located within a designated Natural Gas Field. No listed plugged and abandoned DOG wells Lwere located with one-half mile of the subject property. CONCLUSIONS Our historic land use research, which included reviews of topographic maps dating back to 1914, and historical aerial photography,reveals that the majority-area of the property has supported lands cultivated in dry-farmed crops, irrigated pastures and hay crop. Our field reconnaissance and review of agency records indicate no evidence of significant hazardous materials contamination on or adjacent to the subject property. We observed no evidence of bulk storage or production of hazardous materials during our windshield survey of the property surroundings. We identified no state or federal Superfund sites within a one-mile radius of the subject property. LWe identified no known agency-listed contaminated sites on or within one-half mile of the subject property. As such, we have encountered no off-site locations that might have affected the subject property in terms of potential hazardous materials contamination.
