If any unknown or unrecorded historical, archaeological or paleontogical resources are encountered <br /> during construction, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department(SJCCDD)shall <br /> be contacted immediately by the contractor and landowner. All construction shall be halted <br /> immediately in the vicinity of the finding and a qualified archeologist or paleontologist consulted for <br /> an onsite evaluation.
