The exact timing of the improvements will be supplemented by <br /> the results of the Annual Traffic Monitoring program. _ <br /> The Mountain House Master Plan required that Mountain House mitigate its fair share of transportation impacts through participation in: <br /> i.Payment of a MHCSD Transportation Improvement Fee(MHTIF)and <br /> ii.Participation in the Countys Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee(TIMF)program which includes a fee component for regional roadway improvements,alternative modes <br /> of travel and Council of Government(COG)fee. <br /> 'Fair Share"means the community's obligation to participate in the planning,construction and/or funding for an infrastructure facility improvement that will be shared by other — <br /> jurisdictions,to the extent of the community's proportional impact <br /> The community's obligation shall be as presented in adapted MHTIF/County TIMF/Offset Program. <br /> All the above may be triggered by development in either SPI,SPII or SP III. <br /> 9-4 Draft 03/14/05 <br /> ........................................................................................................................................................................... <br />
