First,all proposed uses of PG&E's Tower Line easements need to be reviewed by this Company's Grid Maintenance and Construction Department and your plans should be forwarded to this company at least six months in advance of any proposed construction. All proposed uses are reviewed on an individual basis,meaning that an accepted use in one area may not be accepted in another. Second,all of PG&E's tower line easements area building restricted. This means that there can be no buildings or structures of any kind within the casement. Generally this would mean any livable or non-livable building,storage or equipment sheds,bench,table or covers of any kind would not be allowed Play Ground equipment, if properly grounded to PG&E's specifications,could be accepted. Again,this use would need to be reviewed, PG&E also,does not want nor would accept the enclosing of individual towers in your proposed development by fencing of any kind. PG&E can install climbing guards on these towers at a cost that would be at your or the developers expense. Third, landscaping,for the most part,is an acceptable use. The landscaping, however,could not include trees or bushes that at maturity would reach a height of greater than fifteen(15)feet. Lawn areas and ground covers are generally acceptable. Sidewalks and parking areas could also be an acceptable use. Lighting and the use of light poles or standards could be acceptable,however there will be a height restriction on these standards or poles and you will not be allowed to install the poles or standards directly under the wires of the tower line.
