At Mountain House, the Specific Plan represents a step in the land use entitlement approval <br /> process between the Master Plan and the Tentative Map. <br /> ` Specific Plan Amendment <br /> An amendment, prepared in accordance with the procedures specified in the Development Title, that <br /> modifies any of the Specific Plans adopted for the systematic implementation of the Mountain House <br /> ` Master Plan. <br /> Specific Plan Area <br /> ` The physical area that is included within the boundaries of a Specific Plan. <br /> Special Purpose Plan <br /> A plan prepared pursuant to Chapter 9-815 of the County Development Title to facilitate implementation <br /> of the General Plan and provide a greater level of detail than is contained in the General Plan.
