r <br /> Table 3-5 <br /> Delta College Phasing <br /> Development/CapacityPhase I Phase II Phase III Phase IV <br /> 2007 2012 2018 2025 <br /> Students 3,500 7,000 10,500 12,000 <br /> Faculty and Staff 110 270 425 532 <br /> Gross Square Feet 80,000 242,000 399,000 557,000 <br /> Parking spaces 1,000 2,000 3,000 4,000 <br /> Source: Delta College Center at Mountain House Draft EIR,2002 <br /> Each phase of the College Park project would be constructed only after it is determined that there is adequate <br /> public infrastructure and service capacity in place to serve the particular phase.The MHCSD(water sewer, storm <br /> drainage,parks, and roads)and the County would make a determination concerning the adequacy of public <br /> infrastructure and service capacity on a subdivision map by subdivision map basis as each subdivision map <br /> application is reviewed and approved by the County. <br /> The phasing plan is predicated on the assumption that the following would be completed and operational by the <br /> -. years identified: <br /> The expansions of the Mountain House W WTP and WTP required to serve the first phase of the College Park <br /> project(2005-2006); <br /> Facilities for land disposal of treated wastewater(GNK,LLC parcels)(2005-2006); <br /> The improvements set forth in the I-205/Mountain House Parkway Interchange, Mountain House Parkway <br /> Improvement Project, and MHCIP(2010); <br /> River discharges of treated wastewater from the Mountain House W WTP, disposal at the East Altamont <br /> Energy Center, and/or alternative land disposal sites for other College Park properties(2006); and <br /> Water storage tanks for Zones I and II, and any required pump stations(2005-2006). <br /> If these improvements/operations are not completed in 2005,the initial phases of the College Park project would <br /> be delayed until adequate infrastructure is available to serve the initial phases. <br /> Because the College Park project site is under multiple ownership,property owners that are not processing <br /> tentative subdivision maps as part of the current specific plan process(i.e.,Pegasus,Hernandez,Mendoza, Grant <br /> Line Village)may end up having different phasing schedules than set forth in Figure 3-17.Phasing different than <br /> that set forth here and in the specific plan would be acceptable only if the County determines that such divergence <br /> from the phasing plan would not result in new significant impacts or result in a substantial increase in the <br /> significant impacts identified in this EIR. <br /> 3.13 RELATED PROJECTS <br /> Related projects are those projects in the vicinity of a proposed project that have recently been developed, <br /> approved,or are in the planning stages that would either directly affect the proposed project(such as adjacent <br /> development),and/or serve the proposed project(such as a downstream storm drain project or wastewater <br /> treatment plant project).These related projects are identified here and discussed in Chapter 6,"Cumulative <br /> College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III Draft EIR EDAW <br /> San Joaquin County 3-45 Project Description <br />
