The project consists of a small lot Major Subdivision application (PA-0600641, <br /> also referred to as the"Tentative Map")and a number of other related Community Development <br /> Department(CDD)Planning applications needed to achieve consistency with adopted plans and to <br /> implement the underlying proposed residential development. These related applications include a <br /> Master Plan Amendment(PA-0600642), a Specific Plan III Amendment(PA-0600643), a Special <br /> Purpose Plan (PA-0600644), and a Mountain House Development Title Text Amendment(PA- <br /> 0600645). Collectively, these applications are referred to as the"Cassano Kamilos Homes <br /> Project"or the"project". <br /> Surrounding Land Uses and Setting. Currently, the land south of Mascot Boulevard (between <br /> future Prosperity Street and Mountain House Parkway), which includes the subject property, lies <br /> fallow, awaiting development. Land to the north of Mascot Boulevard has been developed as <br /> residential neighborhoods.
