Specific.Plan III represents an opportunity to develop a unique community combining the best aspects of <br /> master-planned development with best building types and styles of long established neighborhoods(See <br /> Figure 4-1).One key to the success of the community is the appropriate architectural vocabulary and theme. <br /> The Specific Plan III planning area has been named*College P>3W providing an academic orientation to the <br /> southern portion of Mountain House due to its adjacency to the Community College.
