RIM or R/MH and the <br /> second unit does not exceed five hundred (500) square feet of floor area. <br /> (g) Building Permits. If a second unit dwelling is to be constructed on a lot that has <br /> been designated on a Second Unit Dwelling Plan to serve as a site for the <br /> second unit dwelling, or the second unit dwelling is ince ral to the structure of the <br /> primary residential unit,the building permit for said second unit dwelling shall be <br /> issued concurrently with the building permit for the primary dwelling on the lot.
