Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> /A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 2, 2003, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department, <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area z <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map /JV1111 } <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)).
