Date: February 11, 2005 Re: Lead Agency Project Title: N/A Lead Agency Project Number: PA-0500035 (MS) Assessor Parcel Number(s): 209-060-11 &209-080-02 Total Acres to be Converted from Open Space Use: N/A Habitat Types to be Disturbed: N/A Species Impact Findings: N/A Dear Ms. Allen: SJCOG, Inc. has reviewed application PA-0500035 (MS) the minor subdivision to divide a 166.7 acres parcel into six parcels for financing purposes. Parcel One to contain 21.638 acres, Parcel Two to contain 26.632 acres, Parcel Three to contain 28.796 acres, Parcel Four to contain 28.622 acres, Parcel Five to contain 39.697 acres and Parcel Six to contain 21.340 acres. The project is located on the south side of Grant Line Road, 4,600 feet west of Mountain House Parkway. This project will not require any land conversions. Any future structure(s) will require the conversion of land and as such should condition the project applicant(s) to participate in the SJMSCP. Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Although participation in the SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project applicants choose against participating in the SJMSCP, they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that provided in the SJMSCP.
