Miscellaneous public facilities that may be determined necessary to serve the <br /> projects, such as additional parks, fire protection facilities and equipment, <br /> community maintenance facilities or other community service provisions that may <br /> be required by the various MHCSD or County Community Approvals. <br /> Annexation to the MHCSD will be required and all applicable connections, buy-in fees <br /> and reimbursement fees shall be paid. <br /> The cost of construction of all facilities shall be borne by the applicant. Improvement <br /> plans shall be submitted for review and approval by the MHCSD. Encroachment permits <br /> shall be obtained prior to working in any public right-of-way. <br /> Please by aware that, in some cases, as determined by the General Manager, the specific <br /> determination of such requirements can only be made once more detailed subsequent <br /> analysis is conducted as part of the Tentative Map and Final Map review process. <br /> Additional facilities and service provisions, as determined necessary by the General <br /> Manager,may be found necessary. <br /> Also, please be advised of the MHCSD's policy that all required improvements to public <br /> facilities and needed maintenance shall be funded by the applicant, subject to the terms of <br /> a Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement (MA1tA) and subsequent Facility <br /> Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreements which may be required prior to approval of <br /> Final Maps and commencement of construction. All such requirements will be <br /> determined as part of the Tentative Map and Final Map process. <br /> Subject to the foregoing conditions, the MECSD finds that the Kamilos property can be <br /> served. We advise that as soon as practicable, you schedule a meeting with the MHCSD <br /> to start the process of determining specific infrastmaure and community service needs as <br /> part of your tentative map approval process. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Paul M.
