Review of available groundwater data indicates water levels have <br /> historically risen to as high as 8 feet below existing ground elevations per geotechnical report by Wallace-Kuhl &Associates <br /> dated 28 May 2004. <br /> Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site(e.g.rivers,creeks swales or drainage ditches): <br /> Storm Drainage from south of 1-205 is received via a culvert under the freeway,arriving approximately 1250'west of the eastern <br /> boundairy of the Tuso parcel and disbursing to become sheet flow. One BBID irrigation canal crosses the property and one <br /> BBID irr .tion canal forms a portion of the north boundary of the property. No other significant water features exist on site. <br /> Land, Land Use and Biota <br /> Describe the site's topography(e.g.land forms, slopes,etc.): The majority of the site is relatively flat,sloping northeasterly at 1 - <br /> 2%.
