The property lies within a <br /> Lpredominantly agricultural area south of Grant Line Road (Plate 1). The irregular-shaped <br /> property consists of approximately 172 acres of agricultural land and has San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs)209-060-011 and 209-080-002 (Plate 3). The property is <br /> currentlyfallo� <br /> LWe conducted our field reconnaissance on April 22,2003. The cover page of this report contains <br /> a southwesterly view of the subject property taken from the northeastern corner of the property. <br /> L Additional color photography showing the conditions features of the subject property on the date <br /> of our field reconnaissance is included on Plate 6. <br /> i <br /> They ajority of the property acreage consists fallow land and�does not warrant verbose <br /> discussion.I Fences bound the subject property along the southern side of the property. An <br /> L east/west-trending irrigation water and/or tailwater ditch roughly divides the subject property into <br /> two halves. We observed no surficial staining, odoriferous soils or stressed vegetation on the <br /> L subject property on the date of our field reconnaissance. <br /> The subject property contains no obvious evidence of ASTs, USTs,UST fueling islands, fill <br /> ports,vent pipes, oil/water separators, water supply wells, dry cleaning facilities, steam cleaners, <br /> steam cleaning washpads, drainage inlets, hydraulic lifts, sumps, oil/water separators, old <br /> Lbuilding foundations, drams, raw materials storage areas or impounds, disposal pits, or <br /> agricultural bum or scrap piles. <br /> LWe observed signage for buried gas pipelines that traverse the subject property(Plate 2). There <br /> are a total of three pipelines within the right of way. Two of the pipelines belong to Pacific Gas C3. <br /> L, and Electric (PG&E); the other pipeline belongs to Chevron. <br /> LWe contacted PG&E regarding the pipelines. PG&E staff explained to us that there is a 26-inch <br /> and 36-inch pipeline within the right of way.
