No
new structures have been added to the property. The entire subject property remains to be irrigated
pasture.
i
- Hvdroeeoloeic and Soils Settines
LGround Water
The subject property is located within the Sacramento River Hydrologic Basin as defined by the
L California Department of Water Resources (DWR). Ground water elevations for the subject
property were estimated using depth-to-ground water measurements published for State Well
L Number 2S/4E-16L1, located approximately 1700 feet northeast of the property. Plate 2 shows
the approximate State Well location and the measured ground water elevations are summarized
` in the Hydrograph on Plate 4.
Measured ground water elevations published for the well have fluctuated from a high of+94 feet
MSL during the fall of 1964 to a low of+80 feet MSL during the spring of 1989. The ground
surface of the subject property is approximately+140 feet MSL. Ground water beneath the
subject property, therefore, is predicted to have ranged from approximately 45 to 60 feet below
the ground surface. The 1978 7.5 minute Clifton Court Forebay and 1980 7.5 minute Midway
LTopographic Quadrangle Maps prepared by the U.S. Geological Survey, indicates that regional
topography in the region of the subject property slopes northeasterly, therefore we estimate
ground water flow to be northeasterly.
L
L
t
L
i
INK
V
WALLACE•KUHL
&ASSOGATES INC.
