The Specific Plan Amendment would: <br /> 1) Add text that would enable third party mineral rights owners the ability to explore and extract mineral resources that <br /> exist for parcels located within the SP III planning area. <br /> 2) Add a map figure (Figure 3-5) showing the mineral rights boundary and conceptual surface entry locations within the <br /> Specific Plan III area. <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions Malor Subdivision Applications (PA-0500144, PA-0500145, and PA-0600641). The <br /> three Revisions of Approved Actions applications would amend the respective Conditions of Approval of each project to <br /> include a condition stating that a surface entry site may be provided on original parcels encumbered by third party surface <br /> entry rights to access minerals. <br /> PROJECT OBJECTIVE: The proposed applications will ensure consistency with the existing language already adopted <br /> for the Master Plan, Specific Plan I, and Specific Plan II areas of the Mountain House Community. Specifically, it will <br /> preserve the ability of holders of mineral rights to extract mineral resources and locate sites which minimize disruption to <br /> the proposed residential uses and neighborhoods as provided in these other planning documents. <br /> The Property is zoned R-M_(Medium__Density Residential)_and.P_F (Public Facilities)-and the General Plan designation-is <br /> R/LM (Low-Medium Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located in the Mountain House Community.
