d <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-53 <br /> Theobald, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-53 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 28, 1997, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. # <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line!Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on April 29, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. I <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through adeeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant parcels shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC RKS' <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required.I A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Develo iment Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> I <br /> b.
