Any such proposed private <br /> design guidelines shall be submitted to the County prior to approval of Final Maps. PLEP Requirement: For the purposes of the Public Land Equity Program (PLEP), the public <br /> land dedication requirement for the Tentative Map is 0.92 acres (21.2%X 4.36 acres in the <br /> project)whereas there is no actual amount of qualifying PLEP public land on the subject <br /> property.
