Miscellaneous public facilities that may be determined necessary to serve the <br /> projects, such as additional parks, fine protection facilities and equipment, <br /> community maintenance facilities or other community service provisions that may <br /> be required by the various MHCSD or County Community Approvals. <br /> Annexation to the MHCSD will be required and all applicable connections, buy-in fees <br /> and reimbursement fees shall be paid. <br /> The cast of construction of all facilities shall be borne by the applicant. Lmprovemm <br /> plans shall be submitted for review and approval by the MHCSD- pa +oachment permits <br /> WWI be obtained prior to working in any public right-of-way, <br /> Please by aware that, in some cases, as determined by the General Manager,the specific <br /> determination of such requirements can only be made once more detailed subsequent <br /> I analysis is conducted as pat of the Tentative Map and Final Map review process. <br /> Additional facilities and service provisioner as determined necessary by the General <br /> Manager,may be found necessary. <br /> Also,please be advised of the MHCSD's policy that all required improvements to public <br /> facilities and needed mainteoaance shawl be funded by the applicant,subject to the terms of <br /> a Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement(WRA), and subsequent Facility <br /> Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreements which may be required prior to appnoVal of <br /> Final Maps and commencement of construction- All sash requineimenu will be <br /> determined as pant of the Tentative Map and Final Map process. <br /> Subject to the foregoing conditions,the MHCSD finds that the Matthews property can be <br /> served.
