To control erosion and sedimentation during project construction and operation, the developer <br /> shall comply with MHMP.policies, MHMP irhitigation.measures, and Phase I and II NPDES <br /> permit requirements, including the preparation and implementation of a SWPPP that outlines <br /> BMPs to be followed to minimize erosion and sedimentation during project construction and <br /> operation. . <br /> B. The applicant.shall construct catch basin filters, Water Decontaminator Model WD-10x1 BA as <br /> manufactured by Inventive Resources, Inc. or approved equal, and/or other source control Best <br /> Management Practices(BMPs)for urban runoff from Tract 3601 prior to issuance of the first <br /> building permit. <br /> C. Construction-Related Erosion: The applicant and/or contractor shall comply with applicable <br /> NPDES General Construction Activities Storm Water Permit requirements established by the <br /> Clean Water Act. Pursuant to the NPDES Storm Water Program, an application for coverage <br /> under the statewide General Construction Activities Storm Water Permit(General Permit)shall <br /> be obtained for project development prior to the issuance of grading permits. The applicant <br /> and/or contractor shall obtain coverage under the General Permit by filing a Notice of Intent with <br /> the State Water Resource Control Board's (SWRCB) Division of Water Quality. The filing shall <br /> describe erosion control and storm water treatment measures to be implemented during and <br /> following construction and provide a schedule for monitoring performance. MHCSD approved <br /> BMPs shall serve to control point and non point source pollutants in storm water and shall <br /> constitute the project's storm water pollution prevention program (SWPPP)for construction <br /> activities. Timing: All applicable permits shall be obtained prior to the issuance of grading <br /> permits for Tract 3601. <br /> 41. Storm Drains: <br /> A. The developer shall fund, design and construct the required storm drainage system in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Storm Water Master Plan Update and the MHCSD's <br /> Standards and Specifications to serve Tract 3601 unless otherwise required or approved by the <br /> General Manager of the MHCSD. <br /> B. The developer shall build the required drainage system and a water quality basin, if necessary, <br /> as required by MHCSD to accommodate runoff from the project. The configuration shall be in <br /> accordance with the Storm Water Master Plan Update, The Water Quality Basin shall be <br /> dedicated to MHCSD. <br /> C. Water Decontaminator Model WD-10x18A as manufactured by Inventive Resources or approved <br /> equal catch basin inserts shall be installed prior to issuance of the first building permit. <br /> D. An easement shall be provided for all catch basins outside the boundary of the subdivision, <br /> including basins adjacent to Lot 2 and Lot 5, and Lots 11&12. <br /> Conditions of Approval _ 19- PA-0700093 <br />
