Kloberdanz & Associates, an appropriate level of inquiry has been made into the previous ownership and uses of the property consistent with good commercial and customary practice in an effort to minimize liability, and no evidence or indication of Recognized Environmental Conditions has been revealed. No further investigation is deemed necessary at this time. 6.0 LIMITATIONS & EXCEPTIONS OF ASSESSMENT The above represents our best professional opinion as to environmental conditions at this site. These opinions are based on the evaluation of information made available during the course of this assessment. While M.J.
