CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br /> PA-0700225 <br /> Hall <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0700225 was approved by. the San Joaquin County <br />` Community Development 'Department on June 12, 2007,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a . <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on December 11, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice'of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between three lots as shown on the revised <br /> .site plan dated May 11, 2007. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted Ito the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
