Grantline Rd. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> 7VSan Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division, if the soil <br /> suitability study is favorable. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval . A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is_ required. <br /> `T�1G3 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> �r the time of development. <br /> _ v4 .
