Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned well on parcel #2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the <br /> time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Government <br /> Code. <br /> 4 . BYRON-BETHANY IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a . The Byron-Bethany Irrigation District ' s canal road shall not <br /> be used by the parcel owners or the public for ingress or <br /> egress . <br /> 5.
