Interior Noise Levels: Interior noise levels for housing proposed to be located in areas <br /> exposed to an exterior noise level of an Ldn above 60 dB shall be maintained at or below an <br /> Ldn of 45 dB. [Implementation Measure 11.2.1 (4)] <br /> Timing: Compliance verified prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> 23. Construction Noise: The following measure shall be implemented during construction: <br /> ■ Construction shall be limited to the hours of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays. Extended <br /> hours which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through prior notice to <br /> adjacent residents and landowners, and prior approval of the MHCSD for infrastructure <br /> construction and CDD for building permits. <br /> ■ Comply with all San Joaquin County Development Title for all construction activities. <br /> ■ Equip all construction vehicles or equipment, fixed or mobile, with properly operating and <br /> maintained mufflers and acoustical shields or shrouds, in accordance with the <br /> manufacturers' recommendations. <br /> ■ Arrange all construction equipment and truck routes to minimize travel adjacent to <br /> occupied residences. <br /> ■ Locate stationary construction equipment and staging areas as far as possible from <br /> sensitive receptors. Temporary acoustic barriers may be installed around stationary <br /> equipment, if necessary. [Mitigation Measure 4.13-1 from Specific Plan III EIR] <br /> Timing: Inclusion of the above measures as notes on Improvement Plans approved by CDD <br /> and MHCSD prior to Final Map approval. <br /> GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> 24. Seismic Safety: The applicant shall comply with the applicable provisions of the MHCSD <br /> Emergency Preparedness Plan. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps. <br /> 25. Geotechnical Investigation Recommendations: The applicant shall follow the <br /> recommendations of the Geotechnical Services Report Altamont Heights, Tract 3646 <br /> Subdivision, Mountain House California ("Geotechnical Report"), prepared by Kleinfelder, <br /> dated August 7, 2006_ <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps, and the incorporation of all recommendations of the Geotechnical <br /> Report into site preparation and construction of each dwelling prior to approval of building <br /> permits. Hazardous Materials: The applicant shall follow the recommendations of the Phase 1 <br /> Environmental Site Assessment and Limited Soil Sampling and Analysis, prepared by <br /> Kleinfelder, dated June 1, 2005. <br /> Timing: Improvement Plans shall be checked by CCD and County Environmental Health <br /> Department. Corrective actions shall be taken prior to the recordation of a Final Map or the <br /> issuance of a grading permit,whichever occurs first. <br /> 27.
