The <br /> site has been used for dry farming in the past. The project site is currently surrounded by <br /> mostly vacant land either under agriculture production or laying fallow. Views of Grant Line Village homesites. <br /> Since implementation of the Mountain House Master Plan(MHMP) in 1994,development <br /> has been occurring in the central portion of the Mountain House Community. Neighborhood <br /> F has been built out and Neighborhoods E and G are partially occupied while construction of <br /> these neighborhoods continues as evident in the aerial photo in Figure 2-1. Plans have been <br /> approved for the Mountain House Business Park located in the southeast corner of the <br /> Mountain House Community. <br /> �i448 <br />
