Record Drawings: Record Drawings shall be provided prior to acceptance of the <br /> improvements by the MHCSD. Record Drawings shall also be provided in digital format <br /> consistent with MHCSD File Format, which includes Tentative maps, Final maps, . <br /> improvement plans and other plans and maps as requested by MHCSD. <br /> { 3. Final Map Digital File: A digital file of the Final Map shall be submitted to the MHCSD and <br /> to the Community Development Department. The digital file format shall be consistent with <br /> requirements of the County Assessor and Community Development Department GIS <br /> division and the MHCSD digital file format. Condition shall be met prior to approval of Final <br /> Map. <br /> 4. Geotechnical Report.
