House Specific Plan 111 Project because the EIR for the project <br /> identified potentially significant adverse impacts related to.construction and implementation activities, <br /> 'and mitigation measures have been identified to mitigate those impacts. <br /> Adoption of the MMRP will occur along with approval of the proposed project. <br /> PURPOSE OF MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> This MMRP has been prepared to ensure that all required mitigation measures are implemented and <br /> completed according to schedule and maintained in a satisfactory manner during the construction of the <br /> project,as required.The MMRP may be modified by San Joaquin County during project implementation, <br /> as necessary, in response to changing conditions or other refinements.A table has been prepared to assist <br /> the responsible parties in implementing the MMRP.The table identifies individual mitigation-measures, <br /> monitoring/mitigation timing, responsible person/agency for implementing the measure, monitoring and <br /> reporting procedure, and space to confirm implementation of the mitigation treasures.The numbering of <br /> mitigation measures follows the numbering sequence found in the EIR. <br /> E ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Unless otherwise specified herein, San Joaquin County is responsible for tatting all actions necessary to <br /> implement the mitigation measures according to the specifications provided for each measure and for <br /> demonstrating that the action has been successfully completed. San Joaquin County, at its discretion, may <br /> delegate implementation responsibility or portions thereof to the (� developer GNK LLC} a 1 <br /> contractor or other de <br /> p , licensed� designated agent. <br /> San Joaquin County will be responsible for overall administration of the MMRP and for verifying that <br /> County staff members, and/or the construction contractor has completed the necessary actions for each <br /> measure. San Joaquin County will designate a project manager to oversee the MMRP during the <br /> construction period.
