The project was found to''be consistent withthese plans. As part of this <br /> consistency review, the following matters were reviewed: 1)'housing diversity and <br /> affordability; 2)Publicland Equity Program (PLEP) obligations;'and 3) Loss of Riparian <br /> Habitat/Wetland. Each of these is discussed in the staff report. <br /> i <br /> The Planning Commission considered this item on consent and voted 5-0 to forward it to <br /> the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation of approval. <br /> A legal ad for the public hearing was published in The Record on December 1, 2006.
