Specific Plan(s). A specific plan, including amendments thereto, for a <br /> portion of the lands of the Mountain House Community adopted pursuant to and consistent with <br /> the Master Plan, and including conditions of approval(s). <br /> 1.1.55. Specific Plan Area. The area of the Community included within a <br /> r Specific Plan. <br /> #_ 1.1.56. Subsequent; Subsequently. Occurring after the Effective Date. <br /> 1.1.57. Subsequent Development Agreement. A subsequent development <br /> r agreement:entered into pursuant to the Development Agreement Legislation and Development <br /> Agreement Regulations covering an area within the Community including, but not limited to, <br /> any portion of the Property. <br /> i 1.1.58. Term. The Term of this Agreement determined under Section 1.5.2. <br /> hereof. <br /> 1.1.59. Vest,Vesting, Vested.
