ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST <br /> 4.2 AGRICULTURALRESOURCEs <br /> b) Conflict with existing zoning for agricultural use, or a Williamson Act contract? <br /> There are no Williamson Act Contract lands within the project site, and no conflicts with <br /> E agricultural zoning would occur. The project site is zoned for residential use. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> FiNo mitigation measures are required. <br /> c) Involve other changes in the existing environment which, due to their location or <br /> nature, could result in conversion of Farmland to non-agricultural use? <br /> The infrastructure that will serve the Mountain House Community will not have capacity to <br /> serve areas outside the community's boundaries. As discussed in Section 4.16: Utilities and <br /> Service Systems of this Checklist, the water and wastewater treatment plants have been sized <br /> to accommodate only the Mountain House Community.
