The <br /> site has been used for dry farming in the past. The project site is currently surrounded by <br /> mostly vacant land either under agriculture production or laying fallow. Neighborhood <br /> F has been built out and Neighborhoods E and G are partially occupied while construction of <br /> these neighborhoods continues as evident in the aerial photo in Figure 2-1.
