Turning radii on streets as well as at ends of the cul-de-sacs would have <br /> to satisfy requirements of the MHCSD Development Standards in order to be adequate for <br /> access and egress by fire trucks and other emergency vehicles. With these design features, <br /> emergency access would be satisfactory. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> No mitigation measures are required. <br /> fi Result in inadequate parking capacity? <br /> i <br /> Future developers of the individual parcels must meet the residential and commercial parking <br /> requirements that are enforced through the County Development Title and the MHCSD <br /> Design Guidelines. A portion of the <br /> recommended text changes were made to the MHMP (EDAW, 2005b). Sidewalks would be provided along all streets and cul- <br /> de-sacs. A Class III bike route would be provided along F Street on the eastern boundary of <br /> the project.
