The project consists of a small lot Major Subdivision application (PA-0600363, <br /> also referred to as the"Tentative Map"), a Master Plan Amendment application (PA-0600364), a <br /> Specific Plan III Amendment application (PA-0600365), and a proposed Development Agreement <br /> (PA-0600433)for a 12.72 acre parcel (the "project site"or the "property')owned by Golden State <br /> Investments II LP. Collectively, these applications are referred to as the"Altamont Heights <br /> Project"or the"project". <br /> Existing Conditions. A drainage swale (also referred to as a"riparian habitat corridor"or <br /> .corridor") extends in a southwest/northeast direction and bisects the property. Approximately <br /> one-third of the property is located to the northwest of the corridor and the remaining portion of the <br /> property is located to the southeast.
