One method of mitigation is to contribute to existing off-site riparian habitat areas <br /> such as the Mountain House Creek corridor. Policies related to protection of other sensitive <br /> biological resources (such as special status species)will be addressed through the applicant's <br /> participation in the SJMSCP. The project would comply with the relevant sections of the <br /> MHMP and Specific Plan III. Pre-construction surveys and compliance with applicable <br /> Incidental Take Minimization Measures of the SJMSCP would be required.
