Upon review of that map, we see that although the word "Abandoned" <br /> has been removed from the reference to the road on the west side of the proposed Altamont Heights <br /> development, the size, in square feet of those lots has not been reduced, meaning that the developer <br /> still intends that the western lots will include the eastern 15 feet of that road. <br /> h Again, this will interfere with Mr. Esquivel's use of the road which he has used for the last 3 <br /> Ir years to enter and exit from his property west of the proposed Altamont Heights, and upon which Mr. <br /> L Esquivel has a deeded easement. We also note that lot lines as drawn on the new Tentative Map <br /> extend to the middle of the road, clearly indicating that the lots will include the eastern half of the <br /> road. <br /> Please notify us of the date and time of the public hearing on the submission of the new Pegasus <br /> Development Tentative Map for Altamont Heights. <br /> Thank you for your attention to the above. <br /> go <br /> truly ours, <br /> RICHARD G.
