Upon review of that map, we see that although the word "Abandoned" <br /> has been removed from the reference to the road on the west side of the proposed Altamont Heights <br /> development, the size, in square feet of those lots has not been reduced, meaning that the developer <br /> still intends that the western lots will include the eastern 15 feet of that road. <br /> h Again, this will interfere with Mr. Esquivel's use of the road which he has used for the last 3 <br /> Ir years to enter and exit from his property west of the proposed Altamont Heights, and upon which Mr. <br /> L Esquivel has a deeded easement.
