Please contact the Community Development <br /> Department at 468-2193 to complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department <br /> approval. <br /> e) All undeveloped parcels or portions of undeveloped parcels which are created as a result of <br /> this planning application shall remain free of weeds, debris,or any other combustible <br /> vegetation such as abandoned orchards or vineyards throughout the year to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Jurisdiction Having Authority.
