A fire station to serve the Mountain House Community has been constructed at
the corner of Mascot Boulevard and Tradition Street in the Specific Plan I project area. This
station is located approximately one mile north of the project site. Engine 98,with a two-
person crew, is housed at this station and is specifically dedicated for use at the Mountain
House Community and the surrounding area.
Emergency medical services are coordinated by the San Joaquin County Emergency Medical
Services Agency and provided to the Mountain House Community by private ambulance
agencies. In addition, emergency medical services are provided with an ambulance from the
Tracy Hospital. Ambulance response time to the project site is less than five minutes
(EDAW, 2045b).
3
4-62
l
1
