Unit wastewater generation rate is the same or more than unit water demand rate,which is impossible. t Adequate WTP and WWTP capacity; water mains, storage tanks,pump stations, and water distribution pipelines; and sanitary sewers would all be constructed to serve the proposed project before the residences could be occupied. Pipelines would be extended south from neighborhoods in which they are currently installed along Central Parkway and F Street(as designated on the tentative map prepared by Siegfried Engineering, 2006). Construction of utility infrastructure within the project site would occur prior to paving the streets and completing the houses and buildings. The sanitary sewer and storm drain would exit the project site via a 15-foot wide casement between two lots at the north end of Court B. These utility improvements have been subjected to previous separate environmental impact assessments as required by CEQA including the SPIIIEIR. These assessments have identified impacts that may be potentially significant and proposed mitigation,treasures to reduce the impacts to less-than-significant levels. Therefore, a less-than-significant impact would occur with respect to construction and expansion of water and wastewater facilities to serve the proposed project. 4-82
