The Major Subdivision <br /> would subdivide a 12.7 acre parcel into 53 Residential, Low Density(RIL) single family lots. Both the Master <br /> Plan and Specific Plan III amendments would ould revise various map figures of their respective parent <br /> documents to eliminate the Open Space/Resource Conservation area shown on thero'ect site. The <br /> p J <br /> Development Agreement(between the County and Golden State Investments II, LP)would vest(i.e., lock <br /> in)certain provisions/sections of the General Plan, Mountain House Master Plan, the Mountain House <br /> Development Title, and Specific Plan III for the duration of said Development Agreement for the proposed <br /> Major Subdivision. <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located west of Central Parkway(yet to be completed)and south of <br /> I Grant Line Road (immediately south of Grant Line Village and north of the proposed Delta College campus), <br /> in southwestern Mountain House. (Supervisorial District 5) . <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DISCUSSION: An Environmental Impact Report("EIR"--SCH#2003102074) <br /> encompassing the project area at a program level of review was certified by the Board of Supervisors on <br /> November 22, 2006. In addition to this environmental document,further environmental analysis will be <br /> conducted for the project at a project level of review. Upon completion of this environmental analysis, an <br /> environmental determination will be prepared and noticed pursuant to CEQA. The EIR is available at the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton,CA, or on <br />' the web at www.s' ov.or /commdev under College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan 111 Environmental <br /> Impact Report Draft. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit <br /> them to the Community Development Department no later than September 29, 2006.
