Board of Supervisors. The governing legislative`body of the County. <br /> 1.1.4. CE A. The California Environmental Quality Act(Section 21000 et seq.of <br /> the Public Resources Code), including State and local regulations adopted pursuant thereto. <br /> 1-1.5. Community. The Mountain House Community, as defined in Recital P <br /> hereof and as shown generally on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A-3. The Mountain House <br /> Community consists of approximately four thousand,seven hundred eighty-four(4,784) acres <br /> located at the southwestern edge of the County and northwest of the City of Tracy, as well as any <br /> off-site lands required by the MHCSD or the County,to fulfill the requirements of the Master <br /> Plan. The Mountain House Community includes the Property and property owned by other <br /> property owners. <br /> L <br /> 1.1.6. Community Developers. Any Person, as defined in Section L 1.39, <br /> including, but not limited to, any Developer and/or Recognized Assignee, owning legal or <br /> equitable title to any Property in the Community, and proposing to develop or build on any <br /> Property in the Community. <br /> 1.1.7. Community Development Director. The Community Development Director <br /> of County or any authorized designee thereof or successor thereto. <br /> 1.1.8 Contractor(s). All persons, firms or corporations contracting with the <br /> Developer to perform work or services on the Property, or in relation to development of the <br /> Property, including inspectors, subcontractors, design professionals and material suppliers. <br /> 1.L9. County.
