ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST <br /> 4.7 HAzARDs <br /> An Incident Action Plan for the Mountain House Community will be prepared by the <br /> MHCSD. The proposed project would not interfere with an emergency response plan or <br /> emergency evacuation plan. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> No mitigation measures are required. <br /> h) Expose people or structures to a significant risk of loss, injury or death involving <br /> wildland fires, including where wildlands are adjacent to urbanized areas or where <br /> residences are intermixed with wildlands? <br /> The proposed project would be located within an urban community. There would be no <br /> wildfire fuel in the area when development is complete. The surrounding agricultural lands <br /> may be covered with crops or native grasses or tilled in preparation of planting.
