(2) A minimum of eleven parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible space, which <br /> shall be van accessible. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six(6)to eight(8) feet in height shall be erected along the northern property <br /> line that is adjacent to APN 213-180-21.
