Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating <br /> proposed parishioners and staff use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This <br /> must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93..00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> r approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental.Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of'service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> x Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery <br /> of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.A., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section <br /> 116525 through 116570. <br /> 1 05 MH:cf <br /> i <br />
