e. LOADING: One(1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided.(Development Title Section 9-1015.6) f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (DevelopmentTitfe Section 9-1015.5[g][41) g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.(Development Title Section 9-1020._) (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Three (3) additional trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6)to seven(7)feet in height.Outside storage is not permitted in front yards,street side yards, or in front of main buildings.(Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) i. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Department: (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C R.,Title 24). (2) The construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: A. Provide parking for the physically disabled.
