CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1200094 <br /> TAP LAND CO <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200094 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 26, 2012,which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on December 26, 2013, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated May 16, 2012. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the <br /> Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
