The size of the parcel will present challenges from many proposed uses
allowed under the CRS commercial zone unless a package treatment plant is provided with
adequate disposal area.
Generally speaking, the public water system serving the APN 255-250-07 and 09 has provided
water that meets the California Safe Drinking Water Act; however, expansion will require further
evaluation relating to quantity and quality.
The Environmental Health Department would support the completion of an Environmental
Impact Report (E.i.R.) to address our concerns related to sewage disposal and impacts to
groundwater quality and determining adequate quantities of potable water for any proposed
projects.
