The APN 255-260-13 is approximately seven acres and currently has abandoned well and no sewage disposal. The size of die parcel will present challenges from many proposed uses allowed under the CRS commercial zone unless a package treatment plant is provided with adequate disposal area. Generally speaking, the public water system serving the APN 255-250-07 and 09 has provided water that meets the California Safe Drinking Water Act; however,expansion will require further evaluation relating to quantity and quality. The Envircrimental Health Department would support the completion of an Environmental Impact Report (E.I.R.) to address our concerns related to sewage disposal Lind impacts to groundwater quality and determining adequate quantities of potable water for any proposed projects.
