Parcel one to contain <br /> 48.62 acres.Parcel two to contain 49.32 acres. Parcel three to contain 49.32 acres, and parcel four to <br /> contain 48.32 acres. This project is located on the west side of S. Greenwood Road, approximately 290 <br /> feet south of S. Kasson Road, southeast of Tracy. <br /> San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan(SJMSCP). Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA). Although participation in the <br /> SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project applicants choose against participating <br /> in the SJMSCP,they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that <br /> provided in the SJMSCP. <br /> Any future structures will require the conversion of Multi-Purpose Land and as such should condition the <br /> project applicant(s)to participate in the SJMSCP. Prior to receiving building permit a SJMSCP <br /> biological survey must be completed and coverage must be granted. <br /> The project is located within the unmapped land use areas and as per the requirements of the SJMSCP <br /> those projects are subject to case-by-case review by the Habitat Technical Advisory Committee(TAC) <br /> prior to participation. <br /> If you have any questions,please give me a call at(209)468-3913. <br />
