CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br /> PA-1500135 <br /> DECAMARA, DICKMAN, FISK,-AND FISK/QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no: PA-1500135 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 23, 2015, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on March 24, 2017,which is.18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if,required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Staff Contact: Rick Griffin 209 468-3154 <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the <br /> site plan dated July 21, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped-and <br /> signed by a-Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section.9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel 4 shall-be a minimum of forty(40)gross acres in size.-Parcels 1, 2, and 3 shall <br /> be a minimum-often (10) gross-acres in size.-(Developrnent.Title Section 9-872.2[e]) <br /> A.
